Les participantes de Moldavie ont organisé deux formations sur l'EPU pour les ONG d'autre villes de Moldavie. « Le but était que les ONG qui n'ont pas eu d'information sur ce mécanisme profitent de cette occasion pour transmettre leur point de vue sur le respect de droits de l'homme et que chaque participant ait un draft du rapport au terme du seminaire de deux jours. Quelques ONG ont envoyé des rapports fait en commun. »
