Terre des hommes and the United Nations Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice (IPJJ) published a compendium of international instruments relating to juvenile justice which « aims to provide a tool that will gather together all the texts guaranteeing children’s rights in the systems of justice. »

«Juvenile justice is one of the most prolific domains of international law for international standards and norms. Unfortunately, this does not necessarily ensure their application in the various systems of justice, and many of these international legal tools remain unknown to members of the legal profession. »
