Hi,

Many of you who participated to the International UPR training session by CIFEDHOP are now busy implementing all sort of actions in your own country. Your work comprises:

• transferring the knowledge you've acquired in Geneva with NGOs, educational circles and media;

• creating a national coalition or another kind of joint initiative on the UPR;

• translating international law instruments and recommendations in national languages;

• adopting a plan of action for the UPR follow-up;

• developing information contents and means for local, regional and national educational circles;

• organizing press campaigns in order to sensitize schools and public opinion.

You're invited to use the « Forum 2011» on the CIFEDHOP UPR monitoring platform in order to share your activities which have followed the training session in Geneva.
