On the basis of all the recommendations received by Tunisia for the first two cycles, 5 of them are related to human rights education and training.
Continue to implement the human rights plans and training programs for the judiciary and the police
Continue to seek technical cooperation and assistance in the field of human rights education and training
Undertake vigorous efforts to ensure effective implementation of key human rights instruments, including human rights training of law enforcement personnel, and further steps to promote gender equality
Ensure that police officers and security personnel receive adequate human rights training and clear instructions with regard to their duty to respect human rights at all times, including the right to freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly
Pursue programmes and consolidated approach in the promotion and protection of all human rights including in the field of education, health and the promotion of the status of women.
