The State Council adopted for the Grand Council a draft law on promotion, prevention and protection of children and youth. The draft law covers the following fields : 

- health promotion among children and youth;
- prevention in order to reduce factors that might endanger children and youth;
- protection of children being jeopardized in their developmental needs;
- medical-educational and dental care;
- support to parents;
- authorisation and supervision of children and youth’s venues.
