Pour la cinquième année consécutive le Service de la recherche en éducation du Département de l’instruction publique, de la Culture et du Sport publie une étude sur les « Actes de violence dans les établissements publics genevois d'enseignement ».

In its new year special issue, CRINmail sets out a non-exhaustive list of 2014 events which are likely to stay while they should rise to positive or negative outcomes. This issue focuses in particular on recent legislative reforms and those expected in 2015.

Right to education : the case of refugees, migrants and stateless children

In CRINmail latest issue, Child Rights International Network denounces the denial of the right to education in many countries such as Switzerland, France, Koweït and Québec (Canada).

In Switzerland, « despite the European Court of Human Rights ruling, this country will keep sending back families in Italy in accordance with the Dublin régulation ».
