23’479 recommendations made and 629 voluntary pledges taken since 2008!
A few days before the Global Meeting on Education taking place in Dakar on March 18 and 19, the EFA Global Monitoring Report has issued a new paper showing the education financing gap. The paper « finds that the gap could almost be filled if governments and donors were to do more to prioritize allocating resources towards education, and specifically towards those most in need.
CIFEDHOP will be holding in Geneva, from October 16th to October 22nd 2013, its 8th International Training Session on the UN Human Rights Council Universal Periodic Review (UPR) for educational and civil society organisations. This training session is mainly organised for teachers, educators, researchers, and NGO involved in human rights education.
During this Session all of the interventions have been recorded and are now available on this platform.

The document presents approaches to be adopted when planning or implementing human rights education for secondary schools
The guidelines propose approaches and supply a list of key materials to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating human rights education in schools.
